In seiner ersten Generalversammlung als Präsident des Verwaltungsrats der Bâloise Holding AG forderte Andreas Burckhardt, die gemeinsame Aufsicht über Banken und Versicherungen zu überdenken und vor allem zu entkrampfen.
Die Generalversammlung stimmte allen Traktanden deutlich zu.

In his first Annual General Meeting as President of the Board of Directors of Bâloise Holding AG, Andreas Burckhardt pleaded to rethink the joint supervision of banks and insurance companies and to ease the tension of the situation.
The Annual General Meeting clearly approved all proposals.
