Chair of Display Technology
After Ernst Lüder retired in 1999 the hitherto "Institute of Network- and Systems Theory" was renamed to "Institute for System Theory and Display Technology" (German:"Institut für Systemtheorie und Bildschirmtechnik", ISB) and the institute's extensive fields of research were divided into two separate chairs.

Nachdem Ernst Lüder im Jahr 1999 in den Ruhestand ging, wurde das bisherige "Institut für Netzwerk- und Systemtheorie" zum "Institut für Systemtheorie und Bildschirmtechnik" umbenannt und die umfangreichen Arbeitsfelder des Instituts auf zwei Lehrstühle aufgeteilt.
