Die weiteren am Projekt beteiligten Partner sind Salixenergi Europa AB aus Schweden, die Polytechnische Universität Din Timisoara aus Rumänien sowie aus Deutschland Lempe GbR., die Technische Universität Dresden und das ttz Bremerhaven, das für die Forschung und technologische Entwicklung inklusive der wissenschaftlichen Koordination zuständig ist.
Das Projekt wird im siebten Rahmenprogramm der Europäischen Union als „ Research for the benefit of SMEs “ gefördert.
Eines der Hauptziele dieses Programms ist die Stärkung industrieller Wettbewerbsfähigkeit europäischer KMU.
