Die RüKo B nimmt an den Verhandlungen zur BTWC teil, liefert die fachtechnische Unterstützung für die Umsetzung und beteiligt sich an den verschiedenen Initiativen zur Einhaltung und Verbesserung der Konvention.
Insbesondere stellt die RüKo B das jährliche Reporting der Schweiz an die BTWC im Rahmen der vertrauensbildenden Massnahmen ( Confidence Building Measures CBMs ) sicher.
Die RüKo B nimmt zudem an den Verhandlungen zur AG teil und unterstützt die nationalen Behörden bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung der verschiedenen Exportkontrollregimes ( AG, OPCW, WA, MTCR, NSG ).

In particular, the Arms Control ensures the annual reporting of Switzerland to the BTWC within the framework of the Confidence Building Measures ( CBMs ).
In addition, the Arms Control takes part in negotiations on the AG and supports national authorities with expert advice in regard to the implementation of and compliance with the different export control regimes ( AG, OPCW, WA, MTCR, NSG ).
