NC 2/28 Der modulareDurchfluss-ALD-Reaktor ist ein selbstentworfenes Werkzeug für Akademische Forschung und Entwicklung und sehr flexibel für dessen Anwendung in ALD.
Das System can für thermische ALD (niedrig-Temperatur ALD Prozess, bis zu 250 °C) als auch als Plasma ALD Prozess verwendet werden, welches 2" Wafers, flache Objekte, 3D Objekte so wie Strukturen mit hoher Streckung beschichten kann.

NC 2/28 The Modular flow ALD Reactor is a self designed tool for academic research and development and very flexible for its use in ALD application.
The system can be used for both thermal ALD (low temperature ALD process, up to 250°C) as well as Plasma ALD process which can coat 2” wafers, planar objects, and 3D objects as well as high aspect ratio structures.
