Bis zur Bestellung des neuen Rektors durch das Sächsische Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst wird Prof. Dr. Cornelia Zanger, Prorektorin für Marketing und internationale Beziehungen der TU Chemnitz, stellvertretend für den Rektor die Amtsgeschäfte fortführen.
