Zum einen für die Eheleute M., die jahrelang bis 2003 in der Colonia Dignidad mit Psycho-pharmaka misshandelt wurden und mittlerweile wieder in Deutschland leben, zum anderen für Andrés Rekas, dessen Schwester in der Colonia Dignidad im Mai 1976 verschwunden gelassen wurde.
( Der Fall wurde bereits im Bericht der chilenischen Untersuchungskommission Rettig im Jahr 1991 aufge-nommen.
